Terry, StrnGth Founding Member

Terry is a Bishop at the I.C.O.G.I.C. Jesus Inc.  He provides executive leadership and works both directly and collaboratively with non-profit organizations to establish a funnel of helpful resources that is referred out to those who are in need.  He also trains other volunteers to not only help others but teach them how to repeat success and create a better tomorrow.  Terry works closely with member leadership to establish the vision and direction of StrnGth Ministries.

Emelyn, Client Coordinator.

Emelyn is also a minister at I.C.O.G.I.C. Jesus Inc.  Emelyn makes sure all our clients receive the care that is needed. She makes sure a client is assigned a counselor and keeps an open line of communication with clients even after they are referred out.  This is tremendous in not only caring but doing our best by trying to keep clients from falling in the same situation over and over again. Problems need not be perpetual but rather temporal. Also if there is an issue that may arise Emelyn is the right person to address that need.  Many times the solution is a process and takes time. However, having someone in your corner during that time is a big plus.

Ruth, Project Development Leader

Ruth is one of the Pastors at I.C.O.G.I.C. Jesus Inc.  Ruth is in charge of projects and events.  The events are no small task.  Ruth handles everything from food drives to research development.  She is the wheel that keeps the bus turning.  It is important to let the community know that we are there if they need us.  That is done through constant communication with staff, community.  The need for events to help others is so needed.  This helps us bring awareness to issues and enable us to participate in the resolution.

Keisha, Volunteer Supervisor

Keisha is one of the Ministers at I.C.O.G.I.C. Jesus Inc.  Keisha is in charge of volunteers.  When events are provided by StrnGth it normally takes more people than we have.  This is why volunteers are so vitally important for us.  Keisha sees to this through her tireless efforts and years of experience in the collegiate educational field, she is able to get the help we need to make a charity event successful.  She is the engine that keeps this train moving.  

Catrina, Client Counselor

Catrina is a minister at I.C. O. G. I. C. Jesus.  Catrina is a social worker our go to person on client needs and referring agencies.  We are grateful to have her on our team.  Her experience, coupled with her compassion to help others is immeasurable.

Thimothy, Client Counselor

Thimothy is a Bishop and associate Pastor at I.C.O.G. I.C. Jesus Inc.  Thimothy is there to counsel those that are going through a trial.  His years of knowledge and clergy experience has made him the perfect person for this job.  This is crucial as some clients need to talk to someone right away and a therapist may not be available at the time. Bishop Tim fills that gap.  This enables us to utilize his skill until we find the appropriate referral.  He keeps the ship afloat.

Naomi, Client Processing Coordinator

Naomi is one of the pastors at I.C.O.G.I.C. Jesus Inc.  Naomi oversees projects.  She dots the I's and crosses the T's.  Her special attention to detail aids us in getting timely attention to those that request it.  Sometimes an application can take weeks if it is filled out incorrectly.  She goes through it all with a fine tooth comb.  This way clients get the referral and help needed in a timely manner.

Dr. Donniel McLeod – Organization Overseer

Donniel is the Arch-Bishop and Pastor of I.C.O.G. I.C. Jesus.  He is the chief overseer of organizations under the churches charter. Both his wisdom and spiritual insight of the organization is immeasurable.  Even though he is evolved with outreach projects in different parts of the world, he makes himself available to help us and offer his wisdom whenever needed.
